I've been crocheting and knitting and working and reading and trying to sort through my basement. Some of these activities induce the blue funk which makes me kind of sit around doing nothing much.
Blue Funk Inducing:
Not Blue Funk Inducing, yet time consuming (note: I arranged the 6" squares and crocheted them together - 15 other peopled made and donated the squares):
I hope to be a better blogger as the days get shorter and the nights get longer and I'm hanging around wondering what to do. Blog! That's what I'll do!

Oh GOLLY! I had Deja vu AGAIN! Your basement looks like my garage! I don't blame you for being an absentee blogger. Great afghan, though! I love the square in the upper right that has the geometric greens!
Oh how I can totally relate to the sorting....I have done it too many times, and still need to do it...
Love the afghan, may I ask where it is going? Hope the Blue Funk goes bye bye....
Big Hugs
I hope the week starts off well...I did notice that you had not been blogging.
Great afghan. Destination for it?
I looked to see what date I mailed the package that didnt' go Priority. Sept. 11. I hope they get it to you, in one piece, it's perferct for the blue funk...it's got a spinning theme!
Your SP 12
The afghan is gorgeous - as always, your work is beautiful!
A possible helpful tactic for conquering the blue funk is not to look at the job (whatever it is) as one, overwhelming task. Instead break it up into smaller, more manageable pieces and do those bits one at a time. At least that works for me sometimes.
And don't forget to do something for yourself. finish your socks - you deserve to benefit from your own work, you know :)
